I think it is great that you guys are flexing your beer muscles and giving your head a rest…that is…until you start to show signs of improvement. Then, your head will become involved, and as with everything, you’ll have to fight the urge to overthink.
Take it from me (20 years bowling), enjoy the sport, and see it as a fun way to compete. When the game becomes anything other than fun, it is time to move on.
